Il locale è molto elegante e ricercato, gli ambienti principali sono due, il principale dedicato all’attività “ristorativa”, per rivisitare la cucina mediterranea con tutta l’attenzione rivolta sugli ingredienti e i sapori puri della traduzione umbra. Il secondo ambiente è dedicato ai sapori forti del wine-bar. Dalle 18 alle 21 il Tomato 4 organizza l’happy hours preferito del popolo ternano, con cocktails, vini e birre accompagnate da stuzzichini sfiziosi e finger food.
