In Montone, in the province of Perugia, Tipico Osteria dei Sensi is born, an idea by Chef Giancarlo Polito, owner of the renowned Locanda del Capitano in Montone, and Paolo Morbidoni, a great expert in wine and oil, particularly from the Umbrian region.
The idea is to create a place where, in addition to food and wine, you also savor time. Only products made 100% in Umbria are used, full of traditions and stories to tell through the dishes offered.
Tipico Osteria dei Sensi & Locanda del Capitano also organizes initiatives to promote gastronomic culture, themed evenings, courses, cultural activities, and meetings with local producers.
