Have you ever seen a restaurant inside a Christmas tree? At Ristorante La Cia, you can experience being right in the middle of an illuminated Christmas tree. It is the largest Christmas tree in the world, created every year on Mount Ingino, overlooking the city of Gubbio, and is lit up every Christmas (from December 7 to January 10).
The restaurant is run by Chef Paolo Pascolini, who, thanks to his extensive experience, offers the delicacies typical of the Eugubian cuisine enriched with tasty culinary combinations.
What characterizes Chef Pascolini and his sister Michela’s work is the very careful choice of raw materials, always fresh and genuine, selected locally and strictly seasonal.
