Agriturismo Le Mandrie is an organic and biodynamic farm, managed according to the same principles that animated the old country houses, when all the raw materials came from their own lands and were nurtured using the energy of the countryside, without waste and with respect for life and the environment.
All of this is reflected in the simple furnishings of the agriturismo’s rooms, in the marvelous dishes cooked in the Umbrian tradition using self-produced ingredients.
