The Relais was born from a careful intervention to recover and reinterpret existing spaces and structures such as the stables and the main house of the old estate, as well as a clear reference in the name to the presence of horses.

The rooms and suites, of different types, are furnished in a modern style, with particular attention to furnishings and Mastro Raphael fabrics. Equipped with every comfort, from the minibar to Wi-Fi connectivity, they offer the emotion of a stay in complete relaxation in this elegant country residence.

The ancient renovated manor house has been transformed into the restaurant, which exclusively uses local products. In addition to guests, the restaurant is open to external customers. The nearby family-owned agricultural company provides Dop olive oil, while the proximity to Montefalco allows us to offer the best Reds and Sagrantino DOCG.

CONFERENCES: The Stables Hall has 150 seats and is equipped with the most modern audio-video systems. Guests also have access to a large relaxation area and café for working breakfasts and coffee breaks.

NATURAL SPA: Our Beauty Farm is a suggestive and original structure perfectly integrated into the surrounding territory and includes: a heated pool with whirlpool and Hydrobike, a herbal tea area and relaxation area with music therapy, a sauna, a steam bath with chromotherapy, an emotional tunnel, and a Kneipp path. It serves both Relais guests and external customers and offers personalized programs and “health paths,” integrated with balanced dietary proposals from the restaurant. Treatments, carried out with the best cosmetic, herbal, and state-of-the-art Jean Klébert machinery, meet the most complete aesthetic and psychophysical well-being needs.

OUTDOOR: The large space available allows us to offer our guests a park rich in vegetation, within which is located the Pitch & Putt golf course, the two summer pools, the riding school, and the possibility of mountain bike rides.
