Saranno i prodotti tipici del territorio a “kilometroZERO” i protagonisti dell’edizione 2019 di Cantine Aperte a San Martino, nei giusti abbinamenti con il vino Novello e i grandi vini dell’Umbria, per conoscerli da vicino, imparare a distinguerli e a gustarli al meglio
Cantine Aperte a San Martino ritorna domenica 10 novembre anche in Umbria per condividere la gioia del vino nuovo e i grandi vini della regione, in abbinamento ai prodotti di stagione. Proprio le eccellenze a “kilometroZERO” saranno co-protagoniste dell’evento organizzato dal Movimento Turismo del Vino dell’Umbria in 21 cantine della regione. A salumi, formaggi, olio EVO Dop, carni, legumi, composte, verdure, funghi, tartufi e tanto altro saranno, infatti, dedicati momenti di approfondimento, laboratori, oltre a pranzi e cene, merende e degustazioni, rigorosamente in abbinamento ai vini locali, per una valorizzazione reciproca che parte dal territorio.
Cantine Aperte a San Martino sarà, dunque, l’occasione per un viaggio ideale attraverso l’Umbria e i suoi sapori più autentici, godendo dell’atmosfera accogliente e allegra che contraddistingue le Cantine Aperte in ogni stagione.
L’Umbria e le sue cantine, dove vengono prodotti vini d’eccellenza, si preparano allora ad accogliere visitatori e curiosi con degustazioni, pranzi con i vignaioli e tantissime attività.

Nelle campagne umbre ogni occasione è sempre buona per fare festa, ancor di più a fine stagione per celebrare la raccolta: i vigneti liberi dai grappoli sono ormai pronti al riposo invernale, le foglie iniziano a cambiare colore mostrando quelli del vitigno, riconoscibile a colpo d’occhio. I camperisti potranno allora vivere la manifestazione da veri protagonisti!

At 12:00.
Even the regional delegation of MTV, MTV Umbria, will participate with 13 wineries, which will open its doors to all the wine tourists, but also to the merely curious and fans, among Novello wine and wine suitable for ageing tastings in combination with the best typical products of the season. And then entertainment, shows and the inevitables guided tours.

Is coming throughout the Italy the fifth edition of San Martino in Cantina (San Martino in the Wine Cellar), an event promoted by the Movimento Turismo del Vino (Wine Tourism Movement) to make known the nectar of Bacchus (especially the novello, as also noted in the famous Italian proverb of November “A San Martino ogni mosto è vino” – “At San Martino each must is wine”, ed), the drink it responsibly and its production areas in the occasion of the weekend of the anniversary of the Saint, November 11th, 2012.
Novelty of this year will be the resumption of an institution so dear to the ancient grape-pickers: “Il Brindisi di Mezzodì” (“The Midday Toast“), also called “Il Capodanno del vignaiolo” (“The New Year’s Day of the winemaker”), with whom its celebrated the end of the vintage and the beginning of the new crop year. At 12:00.
Even the regional delegation of MTV, MTV Umbria, will participate with 13 wineries, which will open its doors to all the wine tourists, but also to the merely curious and fans, among Novello wine and wine suitable for ageing tastings in combination with the best typical products of the season. And then entertainment, shows and the inevitables guided tours.
