Agriturismo Al Dolce Farniente is a designer residence located in the Umbrian countryside, surrounded by villages and art cities waiting to be discovered. Thanks to its optimal central Umbria location, you can reach the center of Perugia in about 15 minutes by car, and in no time, you can be at Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, and Todi.
The agriturismo is the result of the renovation of an ancient 18th-century farmhouse, made modern and comfortable, characterized by an evocative contrast of lights and colors. Green on the land, blue in the sky, and red in the farmhouse, it sits in the middle of the 26 hectares of the family estate, like a bonfire around which to gather. It’s a farmhouse with vibrant colors, controlled by home automation and microchips, offering many amenities for all guests: equipped kitchen, breakfast supplies, courtesy kit, hairdryer, bath, bed and kitchen linens, magnetic card for facility access, alarm system, a living room with a fireplace, equipped outdoor patio, and more.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 17 people and consists of: 2 two-room apartments on the ground floor (45 sqm and 50 sqm); two spacious rooms (30 sqm) with a double bed and a sofa bed (for a total of 4 beds); 1 double room with a bathroom.
